ADSI היא מערכת לניהול, ניתוח ובנייה של קמפיינים פרסומיים בפלטפורמות של Meta. השימוש במערכת מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה. השירות מיועד לבני 18 ומעלה ולשימוש עסקי.
בנוסף, מוצע פיילוט Google Ads מוגבל לחשבון הבעלים של ADSI, בכפוף להפעלת החיבור ולהרשאות Google. הפיילוט מאפשר דוחות חיפוש, שופינג ו-Performance Max לפי בקשה, פרופיל עסקי ויעדים נפרדים לכל חשבון, סריקות וניטור לפי בחירה, ניתוח עם אדי ויצירה ועריכה של קמפיינים נתמכים באישור מפורש לכל פעולה.
כל משתמש מחבר את חשבון ה-Meta שלו בעצמו, באישורו המפורש, ובכפוף לתנאי Meta. אתם אחראים לשמירת סודיות פרטי ההתחברות שלכם ולכל פעולה שנעשית בחשבונכם.
חיבור Google Ads דורש אישור נפרד דרך Google וגישה לחשבון הפרסום הרלוונטי. החיבור כפוף לתנאי Google ולהרשאות שהוענקו. הרשאת Google Ads עשויה לאפשר ניהול; ניתוח וניטור ב-ADSI נשארים לקריאה בלבד, ושינוי קמפיין דורש את תהליך האישור הנפרד המתואר להלן. ניתן לנתק את החיבור לפי הוראות ניתוק ומחיקת נתונים.
המערכת קוראת נתונים מחשבונות המודעות שחיברתם ומציגה אותם לכם. יצירת קמפיינים, קבוצות מודעות ומודעות מתבצעת אך ורק לפי הוראה מפורשת שלכם, וכל קמפיין חדש נוצר במצב מושהה. הפעלת קמפיין, קביעת תקציבים והוצאות הפרסום הן באחריותכם הבלעדית. חיובי הפרסום נגבים על ידי Meta ישירות מכם ואינם קשורים אלינו.
בפיילוט Google, יצירה או עריכה נעשית בחשבון שנבחר בלבד, לאחר בדיקת תקינות מול Google, הצגת השינויים המוצעים ואישור נפרד של המשתמש. קמפיין חדש נוצר במצב מושהה; הפעלתו דורשת אישור נוסף. אדי יכול להכין טיוטה, אך אינו מאשר או מבצע אותה בעצמו. אם תוצאת פעולה אינה ידועה, המערכת אינה שולחת אותה שוב וחוסמת פעולות נוספות בחשבון עד לבדיקת המשתמש ב-Google ותיעוד מפורש של סיום הבירור. סיום הבירור אינו אישור שהפעולה בוצעה.
הניהול כולל גם פעולות נתמכות בקבוצות מודעות, מודעות חיפוש, מילות מפתח ונכסי קריאייטיב. מודעות ומילות מפתח חדשות נוצרות מושהות. החלפת נוסח או סוג התאמה של מילת מפתח משהה את הישנה ויוצרת חדשה מושהה, ללא העברת נתוני הביצועים ביניהן. העלאת תמונה ושיוכה לקמפיין הן פעולות נפרדות. בדיקת תקינות אינה אישור מדיניות פרסום ואינה מבטיחה שהמודעה תוצג; זכאות נכסים ובדיקות מדיניות נשארות באחריות Google. חיובי פרסום בגוגל נגבים על ידי Google ישירות מחשבון הפרסום.
המערכת מספקת ניתוחים והמלצות המבוססים על נתוני החשבון שלכם ועל עיבוד בינה מלאכותית. ההמלצות הן כלי עזר בלבד ואינן התחייבות לתוצאה עסקית או פרסומית כלשהי.
דוחות Google בפיילוט מציגים נתונים מדווחים על ידי Google, לפי הגדרות ההמרה והייחוס של חשבון הפרסום. הם אינם אימות עצמאי של הכנסות העסק, ואין לחבר את ערכי ההמרה המדווחים ב-Google וב-Meta כאילו היו הכנסות ייחודיות ללא בדיקת כפילויות.
ניטור רקע ב-Google דורש פרופיל עסקי תקין, סריקה ראשונית מוצלחת, יעדים שהוגדרו והפעלה מפורשת בתדירות של 6 או 24 שעות. הניטור פועל בשרת גם כשהדפדפן סגור ורק לחשבונות שהופעלו עבורם התנאים האלה; הוא אינו סורק אוטומטית את כל הפורטפוליו. ההצעות דורשות בדיקה אנושית, ואינן מפעילות את תהליך שינוי הקמפיינים בעצמן. אופן שמירת הנתונים והשימוש ב-Anthropic לצורך אדי מתוארים במדיניות הפרטיות.
השירות ניתן כפי שהוא (as is). איננו מתחייבים לזמינות רציפה, ואיננו אחראים לנזק עקיף, אובדן רווח או אובדן נתונים. אחריותנו הכוללת מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם עבור השירות בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לאירוע, או 100 שקלים חדשים, הגבוה מביניהם.
אין להשתמש במערכת לפעילות בלתי חוקית, להפרת תנאי Meta או Google לפי החיבור שבו נעשה שימוש, לניסיונות חדירה או לשיבוש השירות. אנחנו רשאים להשעות או לסגור חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה.
כל הזכויות במערכת, בקוד ובעיצוב שמורות. הנתונים שלכם נשארים שלכם.
הטיפול במידע אישי מוסדר במדיניות הפרטיות, המהווה חלק בלתי נפרד מתנאים אלה.
נעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת, והמשך שימוש לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה. תוכלו להפסיק את השימוש ולבקש מחיקת חשבון בכל עת לפי הוראות מחיקת הנתונים.
על תנאים אלה יחול הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט הבלעדית נתונה לבתי המשפט במחוז תל אביב.

ADSI is a business tool for managing and analyzing Meta advertising campaigns, for users aged 18 and over. Each user connects their own Meta account with explicit authorization. The system reads data from the user's connected ad accounts; campaigns are created only on the user's explicit instruction and always in paused status. Activating campaigns, budgets and ad spend are the user's sole responsibility, and advertising charges are billed by Meta directly. AI based recommendations are an aid only, with no guarantee of business results. The service is provided as is; total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months or ILS 100, whichever is higher. Misuse, illegal activity or violation of Meta terms may lead to account suspension. Privacy handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. Israeli law applies, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the Tel Aviv district.
A separate Google Ads pilot is restricted to the ADSI owner's account, subject to enablement, explicit Google authorization and account access. It provides requested Search, Shopping and Performance Max reports, account-specific business profiles and goals, selected scans and opt-in monitoring, Eddie analysis, and individually approved creation and editing of supported campaigns. The Google Ads scope can permit management; analysis and monitoring remain read-only. Use is subject to Google's applicable terms. Connection and deletion controls are explained in our data deletion instructions.
Campaign changes require Google validation, a review of the proposed changes and separate explicit user confirmation for each action in the selected account. New campaigns are created paused; activation requires another approval. Eddie can prepare a draft but cannot approve or execute it. An uncertain result is never automatically retried and holds further account actions until the user checks Google and explicitly records completion of the review. Recording that review does not certify execution success.
Google reports contain Google-reported figures under the account's conversion and attribution settings, not independently verified business revenue. Google and Meta conversion values should not be added together as unique revenue without checking for overlapping attribution.
Background monitoring requires a valid business profile, a successful initial scan, saved goals and explicit activation at 6 or 24 hours. It runs on the server while the browser is closed, only for accounts meeting these conditions; it never automatically scans the entire portfolio. Findings require human review and do not initiate campaign changes. Data retention and Eddie's use of Anthropic are described in the Privacy Policy.
Supported content operations include ad groups, Search ads, keywords and creative assets. New ads and keywords are created paused. Replacing keyword text or match type pauses the old keyword and creates a new paused keyword, without transferring performance history. Image uploads and campaign linking require separate approvals. Validation does not constitute advertising-policy approval or guarantee delivery; asset eligibility and policy review remain with Google. Google bills advertising charges directly to the advertiser.
